Abandoned Devices: If you fail to collect your repaired device or make full payment within 30 days of the repair completion notification, we reserve the right to consider the device abandoned. In such cases, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to retaining the device or disposing of it in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Confidentiality: We understand the importance of your privacy and confidentiality. We undertake to treat all information, data, and content on your device with the utmost confidentiality. We will not access, copy, or disclose any personal or sensitive information unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the issue with your device and any relevant history, such as previous repairs or modifications. Failure to disclose such information may result in delays, incomplete repairs, or additional charges.

Data Backup: Prior to submitting your device for repair, it is your responsibility to back up all important data. While we take precautions to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, alteration, or corruption of data during the repair process. We recommend keeping a backup of your data at all times.

Final Payment: Upon completion of the repair, we will notify you of the total amount due, including any remaining balance after deducting the deposit. Full payment must be made at this time to retrieve your repaired device.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our repair services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or acts of government authorities.

Hardware/Parts Ordering: If hardware or parts need to be ordered specifically for your repair, we will inform you of the estimated cost and obtain your approval before proceeding with the order. The deposit amount will be applied toward the cost of the ordered hardware or parts.

Late Payment and Additional Charges: It is essential to make full payment within the specified timeframe to avoid any inconvenience. Failure to make full payment within the agreed-upon time may result in additional charges, such as late fees or interest. Furthermore, we reserve the right to withhold the release of your repaired device until full payment has been received.

Parts and Components: When replacement parts or components are required for the repair, we will use genuine or high-quality third-party parts, subject to availability unless new parts are specified otherwise. The use of third-party parts does not affect the warranty on labor provided by us. Manufacturer warranties for parts remain in effect as per the respective manufacturers' terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: A deposit is required for all hardware or parts ordering. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the initial assessment or quotation stage. The deposit must be paid before we proceed with ordering the necessary hardware or parts. Full payment, including the remaining balance and any applicable labor charges, is due upon completion of the repair job.

Repair Timeline: We strive to complete your repairs in a timely manner. However, the actual repair timeline depends on factors such as the complexity of the issue, parts availability, and workload. We will provide you with an estimated repair completion date, but this is not a guarantee.

Service Warranty: We provide a warranty on our repair services for a period of 3 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers the labor performed during the repair. Please note that parts used in the repair may have separate manufacturer warranties, and any claims for parts replacement or repair should be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
